As I have said before in other posts, I champion my tenants life improvement, high-five when there gonna be buying a home.

These are frequently built in old light industrial locations - I know of a couple in Curtis Park along Lawrence / Larimer.

We are talking to Champion and from what I can tell there are a lot of upgrades/options for finishes.

I have tons of contacts 5hat are in recovery in Allegheny, Butler, Washington County, Lawrence, & Beaver Counties.

Having lived in a college town (Lawrence) for 8 years every PM asked if you were a student and mandated parent cosign on the lease if you were.

@Lawrence Leung - all you said above is true, except that is EXACTLY why OP should seek professional legal help now, as opposed to try to nevigate on her own....In OP case, the tenant is late and stopped communciating with OP...
