Many times I would take an aggressive stance on certain deductions and wanted to clear them with him as he ultimately signed off on the return.

Im assuming I will learn the markets and what it takes to get a loan ect.

All the while, I'm sure they were assuring their investors that everything was going good (as they all do) but as I and others have noted, we give our recommendation to this company because their assurances that everything is going well.. is in fact accurate with this operator.Again, not sure if your beef is with BAM or syndication deals in general, but as I can see from this thread, you've been invited to reach out to investors that have invested with BAM and discuss... and you haven't so, @Marie B. take note of that and realize that some people are just haters.

Talk about taking hospitality to another level. 

My cabins (1 to 5 bedrooms, all with views, and all except the 1 bedroom is further from town) are still performing well and most are on track to meet or exceed 2023 returns.The days of buying and everything running easy with people filling your dates and throwing cash at you are over.

The process and management will take you 1-5 youtube videos to learn about. 

We don't take them back.
