Is there a way to see online what areas are growing ?

Curious, is there a dedicated online group for investors in the Daytona area for meetups/knowledge sharing/etc on Facebook or here on bigger pockets? 

Had a USPS worker cold call me about their online services and one of them was the online certified mailing system called, "Simply Certified".

Put effort into getting to know people beyond online forms – that's the key to successful investments is finding other LPs.

To begin, keep learning through books, online talks, and classes about investing in property.

To get renters, get the home ready, set rent that's fair, put ads online, check people who want to rent by using a form, look into their past, and call their old landlords and jobs.

I would not recommend any online courses like the above reply suggested. 

One might start by contacting organisations such as the Colorado REIA (Real Estate Investors Association).Consider joining online platforms where local investors may congregate in addition to live events.
