You may need to call around, but most property managers just want to know how much rent you will be receiving so they can figure out how much they will receive.When we had 6 mobiles on our hands, four vacancies and two existing tenants that were really challenging to collect from, we offered our property manager bonuses to fill vacancies and put the squeeze on existing tenants.

Tips (reported tips), overtime, bonuses... all a 2 year average. may be worth making sure you are considered "full time" or have "full time employment" before you apply for a home loan; otherwise, taking a few less hours here and there could result in dropping your purchasing power in the 11th hour.

Tell them they'll get a 5% bonus if they finish at or before their completion date, but you'll subtract 5% if they're late, plus deduct another 5% for every additional week after that.

Do I have to fill out a separate Federal 4562 for each item and check it off as bonus depreciation, or can I bulk the items together - either all of them total, or the 15s together and the 5s together?
