Tenant had bf living with them I made bf sign lease amendment to be on lease.

Whether you like it or not this is actual currency and by the seconds of time valued in actual US dollars with US cash dispensing ATMs etc...It has been mostly an Asian deal so far...We can speculate if the new tech is fully adopted by Americans what that could mean for the future.

We have adapted by changing the rental strategy to Co-Living (rent by the room).

Although you plan on having your mother live in the home to start you'll want to assess the home using the current rental rates and values in the area.
