Seems like the passing of the owner triggered some kind of court settlement to pass on to the kids.After more googling, linkedin, and FB searching, I found the owner.

I listed it on BP, Linkedin, and craigslist. with a link to pictures, and details about the property.

Tell your colleagues about it, spread the word via Twitter/Facebook/LinkedIn to your circle, blog about it on your off-site blogs, etc.If there are interesting threads, definitely use the SHARE button at the top right of all forum pages (below the nav bar) to share that post to your other networks as well.Of course, as more and more conversations take place, we'll attract new readers and participants.... it'll happen in time.Other thoughts?

I will not even add people on linkedin or facebook who say they are lenders, brokers, etc if I dont know them.

7) LinkedIn, Craigslist, Connected Investors, and the like can be cesspools of scammers.

I get my google/linkedin on and find out who I need to pull up on.

@Brent Crosby I’ve reached out to a few college buddies about it already and have started connecting with local professionals in this area of expertise on LinkedIn, that definitely a route I’ll consider if I find a great deal here soon.
