Hopefully you can get an alternative design with a similar concept to fit your needs.

Since you have done you research and have a goal in mind for the future as far as real estate, I would suggest not to miss the concept of wholesaling and using this as a means to help you get closer to your goal and also learn the business of investing.

It was based on real life situations and you had to chose the answer that solved the situation so you had to know the concepts in order to know which answer to choose.
