This was disturbingly sexist. 

If the properties were farther away I would monitor but in such a way as to not disturb tenants.

Two things I find disturbing about this:A.

You can serve them a notice with a written noise complaint describing exactly what they are doing to disturb the peace, etc.

New leaks under sinks are their responsibility since those are almost always caused by someone disturbing the pipes4.

I have no proof but I was certainly very upset and disturbed to find out my house and tenants were not cared for, and felt very much deceived.

BP has full of fantasy question, wanna quit working after 1-2 deals, quit working after one buy rental, does not want to college,etc,etc.It's sometimes very mind disturbing and not too motivating. 

The only type of appeal that would work is an equally disturbing emotional one, and landlords just don't have comparable stories to the ones we heard in advance of the public testimony.
