Hi all,I hear about wholesaling more and more and sounds great, but is anyone actually doing it in Vancouver British Columbia ( BC ) Canada or the Lower Mainland?

Since we now have Provincial sub-forums on BP, I am going to suggest we collapse them as follows:- Atlantic Canada- Québec- Ontario- Prairies & the North- British Columbia My argument for the collapse is there are not enough active BP members in the Maritime/Atlantic Provinces, Prairies and, certainly not, the Territories to warrant individual provincial/territorial forums.

CES National Estimates produces data for the nation, and CES State and Metro Area produces estimates for all 50 States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and about 450 metropolitan areas and divisions.

I moved to Columbia South Carolina from Montreal and was able to sell my condo in MTL and turn it into 5 houses in under 2 years.

Don't know any in Columbia.

Only Illinois, Wisconsin and the District of Columbia remain as the backwards areas that haven't caught on to this yet.
