What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Please forgive the question I know it's probably pretty basic but this is just our 2nd deal so we are still learning.  

Most Realtors are not even very good at this to be honest...

And Cali counts illegals, homeless and even births to keep this number from looking even worse.

Also, the term "house hacking" is generally used for your owner occupied home (renting out rooms in your primary home) and that income cannot be used to help you qualify (it is considered boarder income). 

This can be tough to grow, especially when using a third-party management business. 

We are told this policy does not covered asbestos abatement.Please note that we do have Ordinance or Law on this policy that will cover up to 2.5% of the Coverage a-Residence.
