I'm temped to deduct the unfinished work, but not sure it's worth the headache for 1k still owed to him. 

I would be temped but would definatly be concerned with him having a high level of bad debt.

The summer might be better conditions as far as the water temps go and to make it feel like Hawaii style.

Heating oil will also jell at very cold temps. 

Before getting my current job, I interviewed with a Coldwell Banker brokerage in South Tempe and really enjoyed my meeting there.

Shake my head, tell her to turn down heater to 72deg and if she gets cold at that temp to put sweat pants on.

You also need to be sure the tenants do not have access to the temp control.
