At a minimum, landlords should keep copies of tenant-submitted screening reports and compare them to tenant outcomes (evicted for none-payment even though tenant's report said tenant always punctually paid, etc.).Unfortunately, ideology (tenant always good, landlord always bad, and vice versa) can only be trumped when the facts are too extensive to ignore.

I think this thread is a perfect example of why lenders need to do due diligence on their borrowers and vice versa.

When someone is attempting to do a sales comparison, often we see someone trying to compare a two story with a bi-level or vice versa.

The way I see it, if I find the right person to do if FOR ME (by showing them how to make more money with REI) then perhaps they will learn a bit from me, and vice versa.
