I don't think it was in very good taste for her to suggest that.

This will give me a taste of higher margins along with higher turnover and allow me to observe the differences in tenant quality etc.  

@Jose Diaz , not sure what you're asking bout my business card but I Wholesale & Lease Option here in Houston, Texas and any other creative way I can problem solve folks Real Estate Problems.....in the end I leave them with a better taste in their mouth for our industry, some education on their options, and hopefully, some Khash in our pockets for both of us and my partners...

Plus for my taste, RR and Pflugerville aren't growing at the same rapid pace as Austin. 

The costs are high, I don't see why you wouldn't rent furniture yourself and place it there rather than rely on a designer's taste.

Because I think I don't know enough yet and rehab required for buy and hold would help with understanding the taste of people, getting familiar with the way contracts and contractors work etc.

For a flip or rental they are very taste specific. 

The first thing I thought of when I read this was Minnie Pearl, LOL.But have been told my taste is understated to a fault, so don't mind me.

Everyone has different tastes, motivation, risk and pain tolerance, etc.
