My wife and I went to stay in our STR for a planned regular maintenance weekend - the usual clean, paint patch, etc - no big surprises until I sat on the master bed - big urine stain right there on the bed cover.

Look for any obvious signs of damage or wear and tear, such as cracks in the walls or ceilings, water stains, or sagging floors.

Granite is porous, stains, requires resealing, etc. so if you're renting there are (small) dollar signs with each of those issues.  

It is an oxycolic acid and is great on stains in tubs and sinks. 

.- Maintenance costs vary depending on any variety of things, but you should only have to re-stain the cabin at most every 5 years.  

I do not see significant sagging nor staining.

Stains on the carpet are mostly wear/tear as is a cracked pane of glass.
