I am getting calls from people who are absolutely moving to the coast because of it now... but will it last... and if it doesn't many of these people will likely have spend a sport period of their lives full-time living on the Oregon Coast.   

Not just big events but local ones like neighborhood Master Chef like cook off's that are live streamed and have our friends in other parts of the U.S. participating where they are (or other festivals, sports watch parties etc) so people meet their neighbors and have a sense of belonging.

I currently live in Austin, TX and interested in rental property to start off my investment portfolio.I love playing sports (particularly soccer) and enjoy solving problems especially when others have given up.Looking forward to meet the wonderful folks here on BP!
