My easy border fence recipe: I just used the flat top 6 ft pickets and 4 x4 pressure treated posts at the big box store, and 2X4 rails; Dig the post holes, I set them and packed them with sharp gravel (so I can pull it up if needs be to sell or if there is a need to remove)... attach runners; cut the pickets in half and screw them on following your strong line (it is more for boundaries than security or privacy)...

Bad thing about high BPOs is that the asset manager may know good a well the opinion is off, but they can use it to negotiate with, at that point, you're pointing out the deficiencies and mistakes used in the appraisal process to beat them down and, that may just tick them off as they might figure the next buyer won't be as sharp.
