If you don't have the contacts (electricians, plumbers, framers, roofers, tile installers, floor refinishers, landscapers, etc.) you will spend a ton of time trying to set up appointments and then waiting for bids and then picking that trade.

I started out with carpet, then moved to refinished hardwoods in older homes, then I started exclusively using Allure Vinyl Planks (glue ones).
