This highly depends on your financial situation.My opinion is that you should always have an active income to be able to invest passively.

Hello everyone,While I’m not entirely new to this community, I haven’t been very active in posting on this forum.

Almost year-round, visitors come for sports tourneys, outdoor activities, Tuacahn, etc.

We are in a great position financially with no debt other than our mortgage and this move will be happening at the time of my promotion, so we will be able to afford that rather easily.

Rents are more fluent than home prices, but before we see rents come down, we will see move in specials and promotions go up.

It was previously owned by a husband and wife, the husband being active duty military since mid 2000s.
