At first they said they only use the dryer and wash at the laundry mat...then they said they have only used it twice.

of course I will send the other tenants a reminder - in the form of a Notice To Quit - they ( every properties Notice To Quit) have all been printed and other then dated, they are ready to go - I will never wait again no matted what the reason - get the clock ticking immediately - regardless - for me it will be 30 days from the Notice to Quit before the bailiff puts them out - I could hafve started this 12 days sooner - that delay will never happen again. 

In the smaller of the vacant units there were mouse droppings on the floor but aside from that the unit wasn't bad - yet noone is going to want to rent a unit when they walk in and see vermin turds on the floor.In the larger unit there was a hole in the wall and a window was broken.
