From your pictures, it doesn't seem like anything is in immediate danger, and like Marcus pointed out an engineer is going to recommend you bring the entire house up to code, which I guess would entail new footings, columns, and beams

My husband was upset right after we purchased it, the Attic light was burned out, and there was water damage to the wood beams that held the roof on, the roof/beams had somehow became unmounted and was sliding off the walls of the house, and there were cut and live exposed wires in Attic.
