Tenants can commonly cause this issue by flushing wipes or pouring bacon grease in the drain.

If the posts are about project progress and not solicitation for business, there should be no issue. 

They're usually well meaning, but when they get involved with the leasing process, a repair issue, a neighbor complaint, etc,  it always escalates the issue.

I just had another lender reach out stating they too ALMOST did this deal (months after my issue from March 19th, 2024).

The hard thing to do is identify, value, analyze, negotiate and place under contract a “deal” meeting wholesalers minimum requirements that also has room for a decent “wholesalers” fee.  

She's claiming financial hardship due to some personal issues and is asking if we can apply the deposit towards her November rent, and she'll make it up.

I'm not the most handy and have thought of taking a person knowledgebale in home improvement or a handyman to tour the property with me (after my offer is accepted) to gauge potential issues with the home and have a better idea of the home's condition before I have the home inspection.
