Hi BP, I have been working my regular 9-5 in south jersey for the past couples weeks now.

He also understands that I am an investor and not a "typical " agent which keeps any pressure off of me to bring in sales on a regular basis.

I foresee this bath being lightly used and don't anticipate regular use of it.

Isn't there something in those online programs that require people to verify their own identity?

And last, how do you confirm the tenant's identity - at application or at lease signing?

Thank you for sharing your approach.I would think that a seller/buyer would really value the fact that licensed professional is involved in a transaction, but in my rather short experience, people out there are suspicious about the motives of a real estate agent vs just regular buyer.
