I hope you are doing great today and I apologies before hand if I ask something stupid ( I am very much a rookie in the subject)I had Real Estate Investing for a while in mind but I never felt empowered enough until recently when I started reading BP.

BUT there is most assuredly a group of Handymen/women, that are proud of what they do and make good money at it as well! 

Building is well established and anchored by a women's health & beauty spa and a large regional mortgage office with a healthy mix of long term tenants ranging from Yoga studio to Interior Designers.I currently own 12 residential units but this will be my first commercial investment. 

I currently rent a 3 bedroom house with two other women and we split the total rent.

I would listen to the podcast though—I would love to empower people to have great housing in expensive areas. 

I listened and learned and came up with excuses not to invest yet, thousands and thousands of excuses...not enough money, markets too high, not the right time, what if this happens what if that happens, etc, etc...2.)I was fortunate enough to marry a women who got sick and tired of hearing how great real estate was from someone who never bought any real estate(outside of primary home) and wasn't afraid to tell me...within a week of her telling me and coincidentally talking with another investor who said sometimes you just have to do it, I had bought my first rental property.3.)Have a goal and set a timeline of how long you can just educate before you have to take true action steps, write down your action steps, and have an accountability partner you talk to specifically about this goal at least once a week. timeline should be 1-3 months. 

Predominantly (65%) women / family friends retreat, getaways.

Interesting.Africa has markets with potential too...smaller yes but affordable housing from empowered consumers.As governments put in infrastructure, picking sites/lots in the path of development. 

By the way had gal looking to rent with 3 roommates, total 2 men 2 women, she had no answer when I asked whos gonna scrub the toilets?

I authorize and empower assignee, on his performance of all the above mentioned covenants, conditions, and payments to demand and receive of seller the deed covenanted to be given in the contract hereby assigned in the same manner and with the same affect as I could have done had this assignment not been made.
