If you are looking for a (deal of the century) then likely your exchange will fail as would be very hard to find within a set timeline.

Yeah the project does sound exciting . between the turn of the century and 1930 ish over 2 million lots were created in those two counties those are basically the biggest counties in size in the US.. you see evidence of it.. when you see a MH stuck what looks like in the middles of nowhere but those are all platted parcels.. 

High desert areas.. 1 million plus lots or parcels created turn of the century right up until the 30's  traded at tax sales the last 100 years.and its all over AZ NM CO  NV  parts of Oregon..

To another point, one FACT will remain true for centuries to come, humans will always need REAL ESTATE.
