It is also part of a community typically known for extremely high end homes and good historical appreciation.I am very analytical and detail oriented, so I'm somewhat comfortable researching specific questions as they come up, but I need some direction on the big picture.  

Hey BP fam.I'm pretty new to the Real Estate world, I have an analytics background.

I would start by getting educated and taking a course on house hacking, property management, and deal analytics.  

I was looking at the results in the analytics, the 50% rule falls within the probability analysis results as well as the 50% rule plus capital and interest.

After 90 days, you can see what is working by checking your analytic data and focus on that domain.This also works great for multiple campaigns... you run an ad in 3 newspapers with 3 different domain names and see which one gets the best traffic... that is the paper you spend more money in next time since it showed a better return!  

You'll receive a thumb-drive with their analytical spreadsheets and all their contracts, offers etc.

If you have very strong analytical skills but no streetsmarts, you may be better off as a lawyer than starting a business.

I regret not finishing my degree and I feel, after years of working on boats, like I don't have the office and analytical skills to jump right in to RE.  

Another skill is having an analytical approach to problem solving and an ability to understand rules, regulations and laws and turning road blocks into opportunities.

I will bring comps and a power point on my IPad if he turns out to be the analytical personality type.
