I know they didn't break in for the heck of it, it must of been desperation for something urgent as they turned out to be (although they were really rough and drug addicts) really nice and respectful.

"Notes" Well she must have had this "thing against someone trying to do better than her" and she made my life miserable...making me work odd rotational hoursI As a mental health counselor you can not defocus from your psychiatric patients...and reports always needed to be in on time.I experienced a "rush" sort off; I do not know if you can identify with this addiction; yes i would then go for free to all these events and there would be featured speakers; What i did observe was people rushing to the back of the room to "buy packages."

It snowballs for sure.It is pretty addicting having rentals for us. 

They are boycotting Israel - that's two strikes against them.Thus, if you decide to have a coffee addiction, find a local business to support :) 

Its a video game...thats very addictive...don't start

I will bet that Blackstone would have been better off purchasing multi-unit properties.The book 'Be Obsessed or Be Average' written by Grant Cardone is actually a fairly-well written book considering he dedicated one chapter explaining how he is a recovered addict, turned his life around and became a multi-millionaire.

We renovated it, got it rented for top dollar and he told me "man, that is addicting"  to which I said, "oh yeah, well take a look at this one"  next thing you know, I have him under contract on another property!!!!!  

Once I Did the first deal it was addicting and I couldn’t stop.

Real estate is exciting and very addictive but it's a business and as such has to be analyzed.
