I run multiple businesses in the clothing industry and I am involved in the music industry, my endeavors and business only continue to elevate.  

I also loan the tenant the following for move-in day: drop cloth floor runners (to protect our floors), moving blankets, furniture carry straps, furniture floor sliders.

And the same holds for my grass length (cut it same day so I don't even change clothes but once)...

The type of tenant also makes a difference, my property may be better suited for a clothing store rather than a hardware store.

Those people will need places to eat, get gas, buy cars, buy clothes, etc.

Maybe they will but I haven't seen any independent coffee shops, yoga studios etc opening in those areas, not one, so you may have a long haul unless you open one yourself (which I always thought might be an interesting real estate value add strategy).

The answer was they don't get paid wages, but the order provides housing, food, clothing, what ever they need.
