I have a 1B/1.5 bath 1,000 sq ft apartment in the heart of LoHi with spectacular city views that I either need to rent or sell in the next month. 

So from our point of view, a little depreciation wasn't a major concern.

Land trusts are viewed as estate planning tools and will not trigger the due-on-sale clause.

Only 10% showing up for a viewing sounds weirdly low did you scare them off in the prescreening somehow?
