I think you'd handled it as I would, too.Presuming you have a U/D attorney or at least general counsel, I would forward copy of tenant letter and request the attorney immediately send a CYA letter out to both tenants separately.

I don't know of anyone offhand there; however, I can suggest someone in Port St Lucie.You definitely need someone qualified, does not have to be a CPA, could be an Enrolled Agent or an attorney.

It has everything that California has port cities, access to the panama canal, energy, coastal access, highway access, and access to cheap foreign labor.
