I think you'd handled it as I would, too.Presuming you have a U/D attorney or at least general counsel, I would forward copy of tenant letter and request the attorney immediately send a CYA letter out to both tenants separately.

I don't know of anyone offhand there; however, I can suggest someone in Port St Lucie.You definitely need someone qualified, does not have to be a CPA, could be an Enrolled Agent or an attorney.
