Needless to say as a lifetime opportunist trying to take advantage of every opportunity and work every last angle, I sized her comment as either the dumbest comment in the world or could it be so startling so life changing that maybe I had it all wrong.

Needless to say its up and coming, close to bus lines, and most of the other complex's are being purchased and fixed.I called around today to all the different property's I could find and got a basic idea that all 1 bedroom units close to the same SQ are going for about $500-700.

We just purchased a foreclosure for our primary residence and they did "pet rescue," needless to say the smell is terrible.
