It may influence you to add some items outside of the obvious tax returns, property financials and your personal financial statements (i.e. some bio, narrative on REI experience, references, future plans/proformas).I have not had a chance to check out the calculators on the site, but they may present materials more professionally than spreadsheets.Outside of the lender benefits, compiling a package can be forced discipline to aggregate your experience and results and may tune you in on areas for improvement or change in your REI.

Unfortunately mobile home parks can be super small, haphazardly compiled, and in great disrepair--but not for sale.
