I live in paradise...beautiful beaches...soft white sand...historical buildings...forts...brick streets...festivals every weekend....Celtic...pirates...quaint restaurants...fried shrimp ...datil peppers...good schools...art galleries...as far as REI we are in a bubble though...houses are too high to buy and hold or flip...had to have bought a few years ago...

We tell him that, if he's moved out by the Fri. before so we have time to pick up his key and see the unit has been vacated, we'll drop the eviction because there would be no reason to keep it if he has turned over possession.

And any fair housing organization has their hands way over full with way bigger fish to fry than someone trying to get out of paying rent, claiming wood smoke bothers them in a house they rented a room in - with a wood stove they knew about.
