In Indiana’s other urban markets, you’ll make more money on paper, but in my experience, your properties will appreciate at a slower rate and you’ll deal with some of the challenges that come with smaller markets.Although I’m not invested in these markets, many investors are active in the sub-markets within an hour drive of Indy such as Shelbyville, Kokomo, Franklin, Anderson, etc.

@Keith Anderson its all subjective because the event is not going to happen for many years down the road.And at the pace that some of these markets is turning from homeownership to rental's IE the industry keeps expanding.. its pretty hard to determine. what could be a nice owner occ street you buy on today 10 years from now it could be 50 % or better of rentals..
