We actually found this deal Through my sister who lives down in NC .

The owners sent their sister to do the walkthru and FaceTime them throughout the entire thing.  

It seems she has moved in a man her age, a younger man who might be her son (or the older man's son), her daughter's boyfriend, as well as her sister (who incidentally is sometimes the person who pays the rent, and who also several months ago was interested in renting another property of ours but then became disinterested-perhaps because she decided she would just stay with our tenant). 

My dad wants my 2 younger sister and I to work together to start a real estate company, he says he wants us to start with 2 flips then we can do what we want with that money.

My sister asked me to review her lease.

So if there's something similar in your area, maybe you can rent the 5 rooms where 2 of them are rented to a pair of brothers or sisters... please check local laws though!

I got a termite inspector to go and see the property and he said that it's extremely bad and that the owner didn't really solve the termite issue and prematurely added sistering essentially giving the termites more sources of food.
