- If the realtor is working with investors, they know how long the tenants of a specific tenant pool segment typically stay in the property.

I've seen many homes in the midrange price segment dropping ~15% compared to earlier this year, simply with the absence of a multiple offer bidding war. 

To answer directly, no, it honestly is not readily available with a means to efficiently self-manage properties while getting ala-cart professional "boots-on" service by certified professionals in that specific segment including licensed segments. .......yet. 

He's not particularly targeted just at the real estate market segment... maybe more towards 'financial success' but he does real estate investing and talks about it frequently in his podcasts.  

Now that this segment of the industry has become more competitive, there could be pressure for you to play a bit more freely when creating your lending criteria, in order to compete.

I don't even know what they do to be honest.... it's typical pets.com , archive.com  , caravan.com , hyrecar.com style kind of company, they exist to serve a very niche markets but that niche market is too dynamic between revenue and expense with not that too-great income.I would invest in SAAS company rather than lousy business segment as caravan dot com or casava dot com
