This root of this discussion is not about the constitution or the bill or rights so I'm not arguing for or against the right to bear arms...I'm just saying, time and money wise, there are faster and more efficient ways to deal with things.Furthermore, this guy was a first timer, asked for property management advice, and the first thing that came to your mind was to go out and get armed?

These old houses sometimes have sewer issues, and this place looks like Roots City International. To me the house looks "Cared About", I see some proper looking wood trim under the porch, the porch columns were not replaced with 4x4's, all windows match, etc...Plus this house might have an interesting set of interior upgrades such as built in shelves, etc...I say that because the front door looks like it has 2 side lights (a big upgrade in the olden days). And I suspect the stairway may have some elegance to it, such a a landing where that small window is.With all of the close in trees, the gutters may be full of leaves and you may find rotting wood at the edges of the eaves, and many of these old homes a have boards under the shingles vs plywood, so you only talking about replacing a board vs a big rectangle.Good Luck!

I grew up in an Urban area with City status most of my life but my father grew up in rural areas (Tribal Trust Land) where such "free" land is available. However there is a local chief, so you don't just go set up.Only those with family roots and generations tend to occupy those lands. Its mostly agriculture with grazing for livestock and/or crop production.Other resources like wild animals/game as shown near that hut are found in areas kept specifically wild for sport hunters/photographic safaris (C.A.M.P.F.I.R.E) for the benefit for that community. These areas are portions of that Tribal Trust Land set aside for that, for the benefit of the communityP.S i'll continue tommorow

The root cause is a lack of new construction, coupled with rising housing costs and stagnant wage growth.
