I have found that respectful persistence often leads to the best deals.

I do like the fact that she is older and will probably respect the property and that she wants to sign a long lease so I don't have to worry about tenants coming in and out.

In my fist two years with the fund I not only worked with national brands and improved relations I oversaw a Days Sales Outstanding reduction of 25%.I know I'm coming back swinging but I can't tell you how tired I get of responses that I see on posts from people that seem to just be waiting to bounce on people and then proceed to draw conclusions to fit the narrative that they want to write, and think that by using smiley faces it gives them a pass to be dis respectful.

Are the neighbors respectful of my privacy and right to quiet enjoyment - or are they shooting at each other?

I develop a relationship with my contractors by being fair and respectful and appreciative and they reciprocate.

I have a ton of respect for these two gentleman from what I read form them here on BP.  

I was very respectful and told them what I had, what I was looking for and if they had cash buyers in their clientele.
