Feeling this way is normal at this point in a deal. 

In the case of a nationwide shut down like we saw, if that happened again, I personally don't think we'd see a such a massive pent up demand from vacationers, and could see people operating as normal if any more mandates are imposed, but it's hard to say. 

@Dan Johnson - Totally, this is normally how my team and I show apartments for rent.

Also people were drawn in to thinking you can buy a rental with max leverage and cash flow like crazy, that was never normal.

Just like in any normal transaction.

On the one hand, floating rate loans are "normal" in this space.On the other hand, when rates are at a 50 year low ... where the heck do you think they are going to go?

I would look for another lender that is not normal underwriting, other things can change but not rates

Normally it ranges from half a month to a month rent.

I once had a call saying half the refrigerator isn't working they refrigerated all the food in the freezer while waiting for a replacement but normally the fridge is a complete failure and tenants are not that flexible.
