@Taylor Chiu it’s across the street from that property same block literally kitty corner and that house hasn’t been updated.

If you think about it, it only makes sense as to how competitive the market is for BRRRR's as their is literally a pile of money just sitting there.

The home will continue to smell like  bleach until water flushes the traps out.
