Meaning they may view you as the general contractor (remember this is by old laws written in the 20's and 30's) and you may be ultimately responsible for any worker injury if not otherwise covered.Good luck, I hope the other house flippers can give you more advice, I'm a hold investor and insurance agent.

Then to add insult to injury, I wanted to have the limbs cut that were hanging over my roof line (high enough and not touching the roof but again being pro active) and found that I had to get "permission" from the neighbor whose yard the tree was growing from.Needless to say it took almost a year to finally get the trees cut down.

Plus, I figured Greg had an open tab so I wanted to take advantage of that...I had a deal closing at 6, but had to go home after that due to a bad gym injury from yesterday....it sucks getting old....my kids were even laughing at me not being able to walk..Next time guys, and thanks for putting this together Greg!!!!!

If Landlord grants permission, Tenant agrees to take precautions to prevent injury and also to maintain adequate insurance coverage.Note: By at least addressing this scenario in our property rules in this way, the tenant will be more likely to ask for permission before just going ahead and doing what they will.

The main thing that I am looking for is flexibility because I am still recovering from my injuries but I am planning to be walking by the end of this year.You probably just need money to start your business and get advice from an attorney and\or a CPA.
