Get a list of questions together and interview them about anything you're not sure on.

That is why I recommend interviewing a lot of a companies and doing a side by side comparison on their fees.

Call a few of them and interview them over the phone to find out their capabilities. 

Regardless of how you find them, try to interview at least three managers1.

In addition, I would interview multiple property managers.

I would format a list of questions regarding this exact topic and raise them during the interview process.
