Icing on the cake!

There are ice dams building on my roof, and the gutters are totally full.

Here's some info for you.We are open year round, close to skiing, snowmobile trails, ice fishing on the lake, farm markets, orchards, golf courses, and of course, all of the summer lake activities.Our home if 4500 sq ft, 4 bed, 4.5 bath. 

Are you ready to dodge ice-bergs?

Picture a hockey puck that is not as deep, but has a larger radius. 

Aside from the REI talk, the icing on the cake was we both had our firstborn children three weeks apart this past August (both girls) so there will be some playdates in the future.:)With all that said, I can't stress enough how incredibly beneficial it can be to come from behind your keyboard and get out and meet people.

Even though it will mean a hailstorm of calls, texts, and emails I think using an insurance matchmaker portal that pushes your application out to a dozen or more companies with a unified application might be the best route to find a company that is willing to insure at a lower rate.If it comes to selling it, the best news is that the renovation of the bottom unit will probably lead to a higher sales price, but I know that is icing on the wrong cake.I'm hopeful that the resolution of this works out even better in your favor that you can imagine!

In addition to summer tourism and skiing, the area attracts snowmobiling, ice fishing, leaf peepers amoung others.  

I would NOT get an ice maker as the chance of the tenant moving the fridge and breaking the water connection is pretty good.

Plus principle pay down, inflation hedge, appreciation, etc is icing.
