We are currently in the process of Renovating this home built in 1965 and plan to have completely transformed it by spring 2025.

Any stories, tips, or advice would be hugely helpful as I decide whether to move forward or reconsider this purchase.

You have to go to their website and set up for a demo and go through the process that way.  

The more experienced ones know how to drag out the eviction process and milk the landlord for tens of thousands or even extort you to pay them to move out.

@Toby FellowsGet an attorney and have them complete the process for you would be my recommendation.While it is something you could do, I always recommend spending a few hundred bucks to make sure it’s done and done properly

Their customer service department is very responsive.When selling a service as taking care of everything and handling the complete process, this includes all forms, liabilities and considerations for that particular need.
