It seems like a win-win, especially with the simplified approval process and flexibility for multi-generational housing.

To bring in more people, I do NOT pre-screen before showings, BUT I only do open house showings.

It might be that this couple that owns the house is just getting their feet wet with having someone else managing the property and they want to get comfortable with your management style as being what they want.
