Currently I am deployed with the Army (National Guard), but I have a decent amount of time to invest and decent internet connection =).

I'll be honest - my guard was not lowered by the content on the CD's.  

One of the things that caught me off-guard in managing lower income C-class management was that tenants were often intentionally transient, seeing it as completely normal to move every year to a new home, which severely impacted overall portfolio return. 

But these are sector specific.All these industries are now trying to safe guard themselves.

The first few people that were using LVT term caught me off guard and I felt  backwards so I learn what they were talking about.

Guard Insurance is telling us they will not do that.

Put every dollar into action.3- Build a network of experts and assets.  4- Envision your goal and how it will feel to be there and use that as your guard to ward off temptations.5- Let people know what you're trying to do. 

You don't want all of your newly installed materials stolen and stripped.We have used services that provide steel doors and window guards to prevent break ins.  

Bigger companies will have their own transnational agents and attorneys, it is best suited to have your own representation by someone in that particular state.Whenever you are looking to purchase any property as a buy and hold you should always go about the purchase no differently than you would if you were going to live in the property yourself. this is to safe guard yourself against any liabilities or potential pit falls.
