I try to donate clothes coats and shoes, sell decent furniture items so the buyer has to carry them away then bag up the rest and send it all to the dump.

Your best bet might be to try to arrange to donate the lot to Habitat and get a tax deduction.

To feel good about it donate it to a school or daycare center and they can take on the risk and you'll feel happy.

Jk, donate to a charity or something because a miracle just dropped in your lap if she is wanting to move already.  

I would like to strongly suggest that you donate to charities, rather than become one. 

If you have extra furniture, appliances or yard equipment sell them or donate them.Minimize your exposure to litigation and lawsuits.

I have no use for this property and its a bit of a gamble in terms of zoning so I want to invest as little as possible, I just like the rezoneing process as its alot of fun dealing will all the crap that comes up so if I get my zoning Ill make a killing, if I dont Ill just donate the property to my church as I have no use for it.

We got good Samaritans donating goods and clothes, canned food,etc to send, but the problem is, we haven't got a container yet..
