My story is the same and I wanted to finally put it on the forums in hopes it will save someone else a similar headache.This story is a prime example of letting dollar signs distract you from what your experience and instincts tell you.

It could be an attempt to distract you from something negative in their history.

One thing to watch with this site is that there is so much information that you can easily get distracted and never accomplish anything.

Calling this any shape is an exercise in distraction.

For me, the 2.5 months it took to purchase, rehab, refi, and place a tenant proved to be a little too much of a distraction from my full time W-2 job.

And if you wanted to park behind it, you had to drive onto the neighbor's property.My favorite part was something I missed at first which was how to distract from the car issue, it was listed as "a great house for an avid cyclist!" 

It's easy to get bogged down in that area, which typically is just a distraction for action. 

I'm required to on move in but not move out and find that I am distracted when others are present and like to take my time.

Obviously more likely the borrower would try to short sell it quickly before handing it back over, but he’s an investor with lots of irons in the fire and distractions.. he has way more equity then balance due so he would be better off selling short.

A copy of that letter put in with your offer package might give owner a comfort factor knowing you will be able to close.Another thing you might do is find a convenient location for your office and have minimum distractions.
