Series LLCs, such as those available in Delaware, are interesting, but you must then register the company as a foreign entity doing business in MA, which costs the same as creating a MA entity.

There are many advantages of a Delaware LLC, there may be several disadvantages (such as annual fees, qualification, taxation, etc) depending on where you reside vs. where you do business.
