It may just be a picture problem because the house is super cute but as a renter if I have to jump through all the hoops you are asking I may just dismiss it and move on to another rental. 

I let my graphic designer choose the font (Cinzal).It all works together to communicate the message I wanted to present to the retail real estate buyer and seller - "Everything is going to be OK. 

I have been doing some calculations about exit strategies for multifamily property investments and dont know how to use excel to display a graphic (only numbers will be awesome too), that, when I fill in the spreadsheet with all the data for one of the planned alternatives, to see when the best time to refinance/sell because of the ROE.Can you guys shed some light about this?

I have never subbed out video editing but quite a bit of graphic design, ghost-writing and text editing.

I called a few places in Knoxville today (FastSigns, Print Edge, Alpha Graphics and Jim McMichaels).

I like shorter names - and please don't spell it in a "cute" way. dot com is really the only way to go, if the name isn't available as a dot com then find another name that is.
