OwnerRez is much more robust but I find the interface far more complicated.

It's a very competitive business that requires a ton of knowledge, contacts, infrastructure, marketing & much more....To be successful at it you are going to have to beat out a ton of people & your best shot at doing that will be in the market you know the best & have the most robust set of contacts.....Your home market.

It is robust which is good because I use some custom features that are not part of the default automations that come with the systems. 

They have a robust messaging platform that lets you send emails or text messages. 

The housing market here has improved some since 2008 but not as robustly as in other states. 

Our credit card fees are not only 25 percent less than what we were paying through VRBO, but their assistance and track record with charge backs and disputes are much more robust than VRBO. 

Its pretty robust, but it does not replace a full service accounting software. 

My chief aim is to actively engage in the markets acquiring properties and build a robust portfolio.

I prefer using awning.com which does NOT include cleaning fees.Either way, if I was buying a property, I would want a robust under-writing process of:1) on-line tools (airdna, awning, etc.)2) Local realtor/PM data3) enemy methodIn this market, I might then layer on a trend, seeing as macro data would indicate that STR's hit a a peak Rev PAN in 2022. 

Does not mean the others are not fine people to work with.. just in my mind these guys are got 75 million in venture capital and put it into building robust systems for their clients ...
